Mannupp sells handcrafted, pure leather caps, belts, and wallets directly to consumers through our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products

• We make every effort to display our leather products, colors, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, actual color and texture may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather and differences in device screens.
• As our products are made from genuine/pure leather, minor natural variations in grain, texture, and shade are characteristic of the material and are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR ?) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods made available at checkout. (Update this list to match the payment gateway you actually integrate — e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree.)
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship across India. (Update this if you also plan to ship internationally.)
• Estimated delivery timelines are 5–7 business days, though actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of genuine leather products, items showing signs of use, odor, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, or store credit may be offered as an alternative.
• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed wallets/belts) are non-returnable, unless defective.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/defective item).

8. Product Care Disclaimer

Genuine leather is a natural material that requires care. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, exposure to water/heat, or lack of maintenance. Care instructions, where applicable, will be provided with your product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, text, and design — is the property of Mannupp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information (e.g., fake reviews, fraudulent orders)
